The PSU size is good but I would go with a Seasomic or Corsair.
The case is a full ATX so everything should fit inside. I've never used that brand of case so I don't know about the quality or it's airflow. As for water cooling, water and electricity don't play well together and I have yet to see a PC that couldn't be properly and efficiently cooled on air.
