im looking at buying a new components and im looking at buying a

Asus M3N-H/HDMI Motherboard AMD AM2+ GeForce 8300 ATX RAID SATA Gigabit LAN mother board and a

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5200+ 2.7Ghz (Socket AM2) processor would theese fit togheter??

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ (3GHz) Socket AM2 L2 2MB (2 x 1MB) Cache OEM

in instead would it still work?

From the information I have, the Athlon64 X2 6000+ AM2, Rev F3, 125W (model # ADX6000IAA6CZ) is not officially supported by ASUS but may run with the correct bios version.

Note: the Athlon64 X2 6000+ AM2, rev.G2, 89W ( model# ADV6000IAA5DO) is supported
