What is the absolute cheapest build you've ever done with brand new parts, how did it perform, and where did you buy the parts?

For personal use in my bedroom, about $300. Parts from Newegg, as always.
Asus mATX Mobo , 2.0G Celeron Dual Core, 2x1 GB DDR2533 RAM, ATI 4350 GPU, generic case, Lite-On DVDRW and 430W Sesonic PSU.

Surprisingly fast performer and moire than satisfactory for surfing the web and general use.
