Re: New Quad Core PC
You need a much better power supply for a build like that, I would suggest the Corsair TX650W.
Use a cheaper motherboard like the Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, and use the money to get a better CPU. If you're going to be doing FPS gaming then a high-end dual core like the E8500 would be best; if you're going to be doing RTS/RPG gaming, or using software like Photoshop or AutoCAD, then go with a better quad core like the Q9400. Use better RAM than kingston. Corsair, OCZ, and G.Skill are good if this is a gaming rig (which I'm assuming this is), and Crucial is ok as well. Zotac isn't a really good brand for graphics cards, if you're going to go Nvidia I would recommend EVGA or BFG. Asus and Gigabyte are also good for graphics cards. Also consider the ATI Radeon 4800 and 5700 series graphics cards. Sapphire and PowerColor are a good brand for those. I would suggest a Western Digital Caviar Black hard drive, they are very fast and have a 5 year warranty.

Re: New Quad Core PC
The graphics card you picked was a low power version, which means they underclocked it (made it slower) so it uses less power. But it also gets less performance. This would be a better choice for the same price:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/161333 Or a faster ATI card for slightly more: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/168023 Also you might want to get a set of DDR2 800 or 1066, DDR2 667 is rather slow. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/98710 Otherwise looks good.

Re: New Quad Core PC
Samsung makes good quality monitors and that one has specs 1000:1 Contrast ratio/2ms Response.
The Dell is also a nice unit w/1000:1 Contrast Ratio and 5ms Response, but it uses VGA connectivity only. If your budget allows, go with the Samsung.

Re: New Quad Core PC
What you have listed is compatible but that Mobo is WAY overkill.
The Asus P5Q Pro Turbo mentioned above would be a good choice.
