Final Confirmation ( I think )

I've been wrapping my head around parts I want for my very first build and its quite nerve wrecking... Computer parts are getting better so fast rapidly. Intel's i5 750 has got me thinking about going that route, but I think I'm going to stay with AMD's Phenom II Quads

MotherBoard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128377

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103674

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231225

Video Card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102841

Power Supply - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139006

Hard Drive - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136319

Optical Drive - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106291

So is this a good build? Is everything compatible? I'm trying to get advice from anyone, because I want to start building and buying the parts very very soon =) I'll be using a 1690 x 1080 resolution on a 22 inch LCD Acer

Re: Final Confirmation ( I think )

you have selected a triple channel memory kit to be used with a dual channel motherboard

only the intel i7's use the triple channle kits (very overated to begin with !!)

you must select a dual channel DDR3 kit
