Power Up with no POST
I just bought a new psu, and installed it in my comp. It powers up just fine.. all the HDDs power up, but there is no post and no display on my monitor.. i took the mobo out to bench test, but with just mobo, cpu, ram, and video card there is still no display of bios or anything. I then took the video card out and tried to power it up the fans spun up for a few seconds then stopped. tried it a few times and it did the same thing. After that tried it with just the psu, mobo, cpu, and ram and it powered up just fine.. still no display or post.. any ideas?

Re: Power Up with no POST
What are your specs including video card with the brand name and wattage of your power supply?

Re: Power Up with no POST
Do you have another video card to try in there? If so, give that a shot. Also, although new, some times we get a bad (out of the box) power supply, could you try your old one in there to see if it powers on and works that way?
