1st time building

I am getting ready to build my first computer and just wondered if you folks could take a look at these components to check for compatability or problems (I am most concerned about powering all the fans in the case with the power supply listed):

WD 1TB HDD

Kingwin 730W power supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817121045

CoolerMaster HAF 932 Case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119160

ASUS Crosshair III Mobo
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131392

XFX HD4890 video card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150359

AMD Phenom II x4 955BE
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103674

Crucial 4GB Ram 2x2
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148262

Thanks for any suggestions you can make

You should be concerned with more than just the fans with that power supply. Kingwin is a pretty crappy brand. Buy a decent power supply, I recommend the Corsair TX750W:

XFX is not the best brand for ATI cards, we prefer Sapphire, PowerColor, Asus, and Gigabyte.

Can't comment on the mobo/CPU/RAM, I'm not an expert on AMD systems.

Change RAM to this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231193
Also go with the more popular WD Caviar Black 32MB Cache 1TB HDD

Re: 1st time building

I would stay with the Crucial Ram at least it;s recommended and guaranteed to fit the AMD board, The G.Skil is for Intel boards> http://newgskill.web-bi.net/bbs/view...d=g_ddr3&no=36

Follow Phædrus2401 good advice on the PSU the Kingwin is a little short on protection circuity and rated at 730w peak at 25c a temp your pc will not run at unless you keep it in a freezer.

This struck me as amusing:
Quote:
With an efficiency of 72%, less power gets wasted as heat

72% efficiency is horrible, that's the kind of thing you brag about when you have 80% efficiency or higher.
