New PC under 650

my budget is 650 usd
I want something good enough to play most fps games
I also need a prebuilt pc

so far I've found a HP M9500F
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16883107865R
which will cost me exactly 650
not the best but it fits into my budget

for this price, what's the best I could get?
could I get anything better building one myself?

Re: New PC under 650

The system you have seen will run games but not at really good quality, you could get better.

Why not wait until you have a bit more cash and get a better system?

That link shows as a deactivated item.
Add a graphics card and a larger PSU to this: You CAN build it cheaper than Dell

Hey Tyree, that link works fine for me, give it another try.

Addendum: Duh, Mark is slow this morning, you mean his link not the one I put in. I will get it eventually. Ignore my post.
