Red Faced Building yet another and need advice

I recently shipped my comp thru UPS and discovered it damaged. Now with a $2k max, I've got to recreate what I made a couple years ago, only an updated version. I started with a ECS P4M800ProM mobo, P4 3.2g cpu, 2 gig ddr2 533, twin 250g sata in Raid control, extra IDE for redun, Nvid 6600 graph card, bluetooth Logitech key & mouse, dvd and cd burners/drives, custom case w/lighting/& 5 fans, and all running on XP-Pro sp3.
What I'd like to know, obviously is a replacement for this unit, however considering it was built 2 years ago, what were we looking at back then and where would this be pro-evaluated in todays terms? Kinda wanna stay Intel with the Raid, and the above listed comps. Any thoughts????

Oh yeah, I have a $500 window to replace my HP Pav f1703 monitor as well, would like some thoughts on a replacement as well... Thax again all....
