I would not use a Foxconn mobo--they're not exactly the best brand. Go for an ASUS board instead. The PSU is compatible with just about anything since it's single rail ATX, so you don't have to worry about that.
Personally I'd wait for the Core i5 CPUs to come out--they should be released within a month or so. They're a *lot* cheaper than the Core i7s and reportedly overclock better. You don't really need an i7 for games anyway--most games don't make the most of quad core processors, and the i7 has eight logical cores. The i5 would be a better choice. But if you really want an i7 then that's a decent build. Just get an Asus or Gigabyte motherboard instead of the Foxconn and you're set.
