Am I missing anything?

Hi everyone. I plan on ordering the following components to build my first computer today if I het a speedy response. I just want to post everything and make sure I am not missing anything and that everything is compatible.
I have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse but nothing else.

This computer is going to be primarily for gaming with some occasional video converting. I am going to use a 32 inch hdtv for a monitor.

Crucial Ballistix RAM is known to have some issues. Corsair XMX or G.Skill would be a better choice.
I would save the money on the aftermarket CPU cooler and the Arctic Silver and use the stock HSF that is included with the Intel CPU.

The timings on these are better for Overclocking, as is the Aftermarket cooler.
