[SOLVED] trying to find a motherboard that works with all this

I odn't know much about computers, so if I sound dumb, please bear with me:

I currently have a computer that hasn't had anything upgraded since 2002, with the exception of the video card, which is now a Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 (AGP), and the power supply, which is 650w

I want to get a new processor, motherboard, and RAM

So basically, i'm looking for a motherboard that has both PCI-E and AGP slots (I plan on getting a new Video card later on), a maximum RAM capacity of 4gb DDR2, and that will be LGA 775 pin socket, also if it supports IDE and SATA that would be great, but i'd be willing to buy a new HDD if necessary

the new parts I have in mind are:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115206
and
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820159015

but I can't seem to find a motherboard that fits all these reqs

Does such a motherboard exist?
or should I just abandon my new video card and get a PCI-E one?

I can currently spend about $400 on these parts, but i'd prefer if it were below $300
I live in the USA
and I plan on using this for gaming, about Street Fighter IV quality of games

please help

Re: trying to find a motherboard that works with all this

Did a search on newegg for Intel LGA775 motherboards with at one AGP slot and one PCIe x16 slot and got nothing. I'd just pick up a new graphics card.

Motherboard:
Asus P5Q-E LGA775 4x240 pin DDR2 1200 2xPCIe 2.0 x16
$139.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131296

CPU:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8GHz
$119.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115206

RAM:
G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 1066 cas 6
$47.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231226

Graphics card:
Sapphire Radeon HD4670 512MB
$79.99

Total: $387.96

You could sell the old card on ebay or craigslist. If you say it's "lightly used" you should be able to sell it for ~$40 or so.
