Need help, helping a friend.

My friend wants to build a computer, his budget is $1,300 Canadian money, it will be used primarily for gaming(high end games such as crysis and future games). Newegg is a preferred site to use, if possible can we have a amd instead of Intel? He was going to post...but hes shy and has no idea on what a computer is so I guess I'll help him that's cool with y'all?Anyways I had some parts in mind,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130372

and probably a cooler master case such as
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119137
or
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119160

I was thinking a decent size hardrive(500GB+) for him and correct me if I'm wrong, but maybe vista instead of xp since most drivers will be made vista/7(whenever that comes out)
Thanks in advance!

nice card that will play crysis on very high mine is a simlar card and it does
and if it was my choice i would go for the coolermaster HAF 932 case over the other because of the high air flow in this case and it just looks sick :)

Re: Need help, helping a friend.

I've used the COOLER MASTER RC-690 for several builds. It is a VERY nice case with excellent ventilation. I've never used the RC-932 but it appears to be the very similar.
