Ok, sounds like an issue.

Lets get some info first. What are the parts you are using. CPU,MOBO,RAM and so forth. Does anything happen at all?. Do the fans start when you turn the power on?. Is everything plugged in to the correct places on the MOBO?.

Nothing happens when I plug in the computer, no fans move or anything. as far as i know everything is plugged in correctly. I have checked it few times over to make sure and it looks right. thanks
