Help With Final Touches

Ok, I've got almost everything for my new rig. I'm down to PSU, CPU, and a better Video Card.

My motherboard:

Video Card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130420

For the CPU, I was thinking this, but wasn't sure if it was compatible or not:

Now, for PSU, I was thinking this:

My questions are, first off, will the CPU work with the motherboard (I believe Phenom IIs are designed to work with Athlon 64X2 mobos, but not sure), and if that PSU is enough to run all this. If it's more than enough, that's fine, I'd rather have more than not enough, if there's a better PSU around that price I'd be happy to change to (no prob spending a little more money)

Re: Help With Final Touches

I dont see PhenomII support ............. you better check the asus website for bios updates and see what they list for processor support to be sure ?

the 790FX chipset is a much better choice if you have not purchased the mobo yet ?

Re: Help With Final Touches

Awesome thank you.

And yeah, I did pick the mobo up already. I hadn't heard anything but good things about it. Hopefully mine isn't one of the unreliable ones
