My first build.. needs review

Ok so I tweaked my build a bit and think I'm ready for purchase. Since this is my first build I'm nervous about committing to it and ending up with something that won't work.

Here it is:

Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811166005

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005

Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128382

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103773

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104097

Fan - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811998121

Video Card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150341

I'm ready to purchase ASAP... just got my tax return :)

Any help/suggestions/substitutions will be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Seems like a good choice for the price.
Consider the following too as a change. ATI plays very nicely with AMD, thus this choice. RAM and PSU are more personal choice.

PSU - High amp rating is a big plus for this one - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341022

Re: My first build.. needs review

Your good except for the RAM DDR2-1066 is only supported by AM2+ CPU's Which would be a Phenom, Use DDR2-800, for your setup.
