[SOLVED] Mounting a PSU, question

I am attempting to mount my corsair tx750 into my case, and can't decide if it's okay for the intake fan to point towards the bottom. I have an antec 1200 case, so the PSU is raised above the floor about 1/2", and it looks like it would be able to suck in air down there, but I'm not sure.

Re: Mounting a PSU, question

I usually mount them the other way in cases that put the PSU on the bottom to suck air away from the video card, and also use a side fan where possible to blow air at the PSU fan.

Re: Mounting a PSU, question

i agree with the hardware team. aside from thier comments i built with that case for a customer and in the case' manual it specifies to have the fan up.
