BIOS Not detecting Power Fan
Hi guys,
You can view my build here: [SOLVED] $1300+ PC Finally here! I got the PC working and everything seemed fine until today when I hopped on WoW for the first time, and after 2 minutes of game play it shut my computer down. I started it up and tried again but it shut it off again. In my BIOS, it is not detecting my power fan speed. I opened the case, and my PSU fan is running but I don't know why it's not detecting it. Also the CPU temperatures keep going up and up when I'm just sitting there looking at the BIOS. All 4 fans (stock) are running, but the CPU temperature gets in the 80's Celsius and keeps going up, but I turn my computer off. I have no clue what to do, I don't want to damage anything and overheat. Any idea on how to fix this? |

Re: BIOS Not detecting Power Fan
Stock Intel fan? Check to make sure all 4 legs are fastened tight to the motherboard.
Is the CPU fan spinning? plugged into the CPU fan header and not a chassis or power fan header? |
