eVGA 260 wont fit on P5K3 deluxe???

hi i have just found out that i need a new card now im am going to get a eVGA 260 but i have to use the top slot on the P5K3 deluxe because i have a antec p182 but the problem is i looked just now and with the slightly higher back on the eVGA 260 it will hit the ram slots i dont know for sure but it looks that way

so if anyone has that configuration could you tell me if it worked or how u made it work please

I think it will just clear the Ram slots but you may loose the Sata port.

eh who cares i only use 2 satas but ya do u have the config or u guessing cause i dont want to waste 350 bucks

I've seen them on the P5K deluxe and the DDR3 slots are a little longer but the card should fit.
