Question Gaming PC Should Have What Spec

I'm building a new gaming pc, the stuff i know where to get but what shall i have to run have decent FPS in crysis and FAR Cry2 type of game???????

Video 9800GTX+ or HD4850
PSU 700-750w from one of these manufacturers and models
Seasonic - any model
Corsair - any model
Thermaltake - "Toughpower" series only
Coolermaster - "Real Power Pro" series only
PC Power & Cooling - any model
Silverstone - any model
