hi.im building a system and fail to get any post.the board is foxconn 945g7mc-krs2h,cpu is intel 3.2 ghz 540 p4,power supply is new 500 watt coolmax v-500,ram is two sticks 512 mb samsumg.i have assembled this out of the case using one stick of ram in different slots,reseated cpu,reseated all power connections,cleared cmos.i just cannot get any video.please reply if anyone has any ideas.thanks

does the video card fan spin upon boot up ?
