Building need a hand.

ok i am Building a pc i have a amd cpu
all i need help with is finding a good quality motherboard
it has to be AMD Socket AM2 and have at least one
pci express x8 SLOT
i dont realy care bout graphx gut if it has a pcie x16 slot to
thats a bouns
main ting is the pcie 8x slot
i have a rad setup wating to be put in
but i cant find any motherboards with an 8x slot
please give me a hand.

PCI express x 16 is backward compatible with x8 ......... why so focused on the "X8" sounds like more of an AGP X 8 querry ????????

What do need a x8 slot for?
All of the X8 cards I know of work in a X16 slots so if you have one that will not we would like to know what it is?

thats not a video card ! ONLY video cards go in video card slots !

the device in yoru picture is a PCI slot sata controller card ........... that needs a standard PCI slot ................

ok let me put this simply i know wat i need ok. i need a motherboard withe an 8x slot
it says on the card pcie and it is made for a 8x slot all i need from u is a motherboard with an 8x slot.

It's probably a Dell SAS 6/iR PCI Express x8 SATA Raid controller card.

Edit: You are probably better off just getting a motherboard with a built in RAID controller and totally bypassing that card you have. My honest opinion.

the hd's wont fit a normal sata conection
