Need parts

Hi, I'm wondering what are the parts needed to make a fully functional computer.(I.E Ram,GFX card, PSU, What cables I would need if they don't come with the device, Tell me EVERYTHING including what I've already listed.) I would also like tips on building a low budget gaming machine, My price range is between 450-550 its a squeeze I know but I don't need Keyboard, Mouse or a Monitor.

What do you want to do with the pc?
For gaming you need a video card if you're just surfing the web then it would be a different spec.
