Screen flickers after building new PC

Hi,

Just replaced my old set up to include new Motherboard, CPU, RAM and PSU. All works fine on Win XP but I've two issues that might be related: 4 beeps during boot (two long and two short beeps) and the screens flickers when I scroll either using the mouse wheel or the keyboard arrows. It doesn't change colors or display fancy shapes, just flashed while scrolling then stops it also flashs when positioniong the mouse pointer on the top inch of the screen. strange isn't it?

already trying updating MOBO drivers, also have taken 2 RAM sims out and change RAM slots but still get the beeps and the screen flicker. By the way out of four leds on each RAM slot, two are red and two are green don't know if they are supposed to be this way oe the red means something is wrong.

Any ideas? Thanks!

This is my setup:
Mobo: XFX 8200 (onboard video)
RAM: 4 X 1Gb Corsair DDR2 800Mhz
CPU: AMD 4600 X2
LG 1900 19".
