Problem with newly built computer

I just assembled a new computer and I am having trouble getting it to boot up properly. Currently, the computer will turn on, the hard drive and dvd drive will spin up, the keyboard lights and LEDs go on, but nothing will show up on the monitor.

I have double checked all of the connections, removed and re-installed all of the components and double checked that the processor and processor heatsink/fan are connected properly and snugly. At first I thought it might be an issue with the RAM, but I have double-checked the connection, tried it with only two in the proper dual-channel configuration and finally tried it with only one in, all with no change. What I am thinking now is that it is either the PSU is not adequate enough for the components or one of the components needs to be replaced (they're all 100% new). Thanks very much for any help and suggestions you may have.

Here are my specs:

Case: Antec 300 Case

PSU: Antec True Power Trio TP3-650 650W ATX12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply with Three 12V Rails

Mother Board: BIOSTAR Tpower I45 LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83 GHz LGA 775 95W

GPU: XFX GTX 260 Black Edition Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16

RAM: 2 x OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit

DVD: LG 22x DVD+/-R burner

HDD: Seagate 7200.11 1.5TB SATA

Re: Problem with newly built computer

Do you have the +12 molex connected to the motherboard? Do you have the power lead connected to the video card?

Re: Problem with newly built computer

I have the +12 molex connected to the motherboard properly, and the LEDs and buttons light up on the motherboard when I turn it on. I have the two PCI-E molexs connected to the graphics card.

Re: Problem with newly built computer

Do you by any chance have another video card you can try in that computer?

Re: Problem with newly built computer

Is it because your PSU's power is to low? Because the GPU and CPU are pretty demanding if you ask me...

Re: Problem with newly built computer

I don't have one lying around, but I'm going to hopefully borrow an old one from a friend. If that works, then I'll send back the xfx card. But if it doesn't, do you have any more suggestions?

Thanks very much for your help
