Well, assuming your motherboard supports it, you could go 3-Way SLI or Crossfire X.

First, it would be best to ask what sort of motherboard you have and what sort of video cards you're planning on using. For SLI, I know they have to be the same model of video cards (eg. three 9800GTs), but I'm not 100% certain for Crossfire.

Also, I hope you have an adequate power supply and ventilation in your case.
