New builder- advice needed on new parts

So I built my first ever machine 2 years ago, went without a hitch- the system's been running as smooth as....smooth ever since.

I decided to upgrade the system to handle some of the higher-end gaming.

Ive gone from:
Foxconn P4M9007
Maxtor 350gb HDD
2x A-Data DDR2 (667) 1gb RAM module(s)
XpertVision Nvidia Geforce 8500gt
WinPower 450w PSU
Old Enron 15" LCD

to------------->
ASUS P5N-E SLi
*old* Maxtor 350gb
*old* 2xA-Data DDR2
SLi'd 2x PointOfView NVidia Geforce 8800gt
?? PSU ??
Samsung 22" HD LCDTV

SO! I tried the new rig with my old video card and old PSU but continually get problems, no power to certain devices, power outages etc. I've concluded (with the help of others) my system is suffering from being underpowered. It seems my PSU might be fried, since it's having issues running on my old rig now....

So I'm looking for a new PSU! It's got to run an SLi rig, 2 front panel USB devices and an extra case fan (as well as the HDD etc etc).

I'm currently looking at this-

An ETASIS 750w PSU.

I've never heard of the brand....so I'm a little sceptical, if needed I can always save a bit more cash and invest in a Corsair/Thermaltake etc etc. Reviews I've read said it's pretty good.... any ideas? My budget is....anything really.

Re: New builder- advice needed on new parts

For 2 8800gt's at least 750w in one of these manufactures/Models>
Seasonic - any model
Corsair - any model
Thermaltake - "Toughpower" series only
Coolermaster - "Real Power Pro" series only
PC Power & Cooling - any model
Silverstone - any model

Did you see the Spec sheet on that PSU >
Processors
• Xeon
• Pentium 4 /D

Not really what I would call up to date
