Re: Gaming PC
what equipment do you have? do you have power supply? hard drive? monitor? keyboard/mouse? are you looking for new build or older build, on that budget, it will be tough to do all...also what kind of games are you looking at? you might want to buy a barebones for 500 or so, and add a graphics card... plus OS could be very costly... keep me posted on what you DO have, and i will see about what to get... i have built over 60 PCs and know alot of cheap shortcuts, but if you are going from nothing to ultra-gaming pc, it will be tough on 722 budget...

Re: Gaming PC
Here's a pretty nice build for that money including Vista, and a DVD burner you can add 2 more gig of Ram now or later.

The above build seems to be really nice... Would it be okay if I just change the GPU to GTX260 or GTX280 CPU to E8500 Ram to 1066 Mhz Patriots DOMINATOR 4GB Case to Antec 900 Harddisk to 500 GB Seagate Barracuda Keeping the PSU MOBO and DVD burner the same... Would it still works? However, I dont see Windows included in the price there... If I plan on mainly using this rig for gaming, Should I go for Windows Vista Ultimate? Re: Gaming PC
when you decide on the video card, then you can pick a power supply to run it
if you upgrade the card the power supply will go along with it

The rest will work as long as you aren't moving up to a x2 card It should have read " not including Vista" |
