Thumbs Up building a computer using parts from china?

well was thinking that i didn't want to spend a lot of money on a computer i would probably just dump for something else so i resorted to china made parts.but the thing is that im not even sure if they are worth it,would they like screw up your computer or make your computer more vulnerable to hackers, viruses, etc.well none the less i wanted to build a computer for the hardcore gamer.this just came to me since well...my computer sucks, lol, anyway i thought of this:

Intel® Core™ 2 Extreme processor QX9770
Cache Clock-speed front side bus
12MB L2 3.20 GHz 1600 MHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 200 series
GPU Architecture:200 series
Texture Fill Rate (per second) :48.2 billion
Maximum Memory Bandwidth:141.7 GB/s
Memory Size:1 GB
HDR Lighting:128 bit

Corsair 2GB (2x1GB) (1066MHz) DDR2 Ram chip

ASUS Striker Extreme LGA775 Motherboard

Barracuda® 7200.11 Desktop Hard Drives

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280
GPU Architecture:200 series
Texture Fill Rate (per second) :48.2 billion
Maximum Memory Bandwidth:141.7 GB/s
Memory Size:1 GB
Microsoft DirectX:10
HDR Lighting:128 bit

Coolermaster Stacker 830 NVIDIA Edition Case

but this is just stuff from the top of my head,im not sure if these parts are compatible with each other, but post some constructive criticism to help me,ty for your support

Re: building a computer using parts from china?

Did you start out by saying you don't want to spend a lot of Money ... Cause you sure named all top dollar components.

I wouldn't use a 7xx nvidia board unless troubleshooting is a hobby of yours.
I don't see a power supply listed

The E8400, 8500 or 8600 are much more appropriate for gaming, unless you are thinking of running an entire arcade from it.

Re: building a computer using parts from china?

i did some searching and came up with this,i still have to work out some other stuff but yea, this is just a base of what i might get

Intel core 2 duo
2gb RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX
1tb of hard drive space
MSI P965 Platinum
im not sure but would 400-500W do the trick for the power supply?

Re: building a computer using parts from china?

IF your gaming you want Intel not AMD if you go AMD look for at least a x2 6xxx cpu.
