Yes they all work, You may be able to save some money by using DDR2 800 over 1066 the 800 runs great on a P5Q.

Re: Need help, Harware compatibility

Hello again,

i got the aforementioned pc parts and ensemble the pc. i used the old hard disk which has the Windows XP SP2 on it.

A problem arises though. When the windows loading starts and a second after the system reboots. I checked the bios settings and put manually the ram timings and voltages as suggested by the manufacturer but it still has the problem

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Re: Need help, Harware compatibility

Time to think about doing a System Repair Install, because you can not take one hard drive from a computer and put it in another motherboard and expect it to work. What your computer is most likely doing is looking for the chipset drivers for the new motherboard, but you only have those that are installed for the old board....therefore, won't work. Take a read of this as a possible solution:

Here are Repair Install instructions:

Re: Need help, Harware compatibility

Thank you for your suggestion, I did that and everything is ok now :).
I also needed to change the jumber setting for the RAM voltage so as to supply the 2.2V needed. :)

Again Thanks for your help.
