Post-build question...and THANKS!
First off thanks for all the input and advice I got on my first post (First Time Build for Gaming). I got the build up and running and everything works great! I followed the 'Bench test' sticky and it couldn't have been easier except maybe for stuffing the PSU into the case
![]() Anyway now that I'm finished I'm wondering if I need to keep all the boxes and everything? I'll probably keep at least one box to store all the extra parts, CD's, manuals, etc...but other than that... Everything's tested working as far as I can tell, so I don't think there would be any need to return anything, but just wondering if there would be any reason at all to save the boxes. |

Re: Post-build question...and THANKS!
Just as a followup in case someone finds this thread in a search or something...if you're returning to Newegg you WILL need to keep the boxes.
Anything with a warranty, however, should also be returnable to the manufacturer without the box. It'll just depend, then, how good the customer service is with that particular company. |
