So I built a gaming PC. What now... HELP!!!

Ok, about 3 months ago i built a dollar PC. The specs are:

GTX 280 x2 EVGA Superclocked
Quad-Core Intel CPU Yorkfield 2.66 ghz 12 mb cache - q9450
ASUS Striker II 780 I SLI mobo
I have RMAed 3 times now and have a 750 watt pc and power cooling PSU
1TB Hard Drive
20x Asus DVD burner/player
case:ABS El Diablo
x2 G.Skill 2gb 1066 sdram

Now ive had this screeching noise from my psu everytime i play a high end game such as crysis. The first 2 PSUs i had were ABS Tagan. First one was 9000 watts, second was 1300. Still had the screeches, so i got a better quality and more amp pc and power cooling 750 watt PSU. It didnt screech in AoC so i guess its fine... WRONG, in Crysis and Forged Alliance it makes the screech again!! Please help

First of all, i think you meant 900, not 9000 watts.
Second of all, that's no where NEAR enough juice for two overclocked 280's and a quad-core.

is what you need to be looking at.

You may be right on the wattage end but the amps is all that matters, and i have enough for that. If not I am at the bar. yes i did mean 900 hehe sorry about that. If i had a 1300 before why didn't that fix it? So lets push aside the wattage theories and think of another issue. Maybe my motherboard?

I don't know that much about Tagan PSUs. What I do know is that these are all excellent models:
Seasonic – Any Model
Corsair – Any Model
PC Power & Cooling – Any Model
Thermaltake – “Toughpower” Series Only
Coolermaster – “Real Power Pro” Series Only
Silverstone – Any Model
Advertised wattages of a junk PSU will be no where near actual output of the PSU. The Silverstone 1200w should run what you have.
And, you never want to be "at the bar" with PSUs. NEVER EVER EVER skimp on a PSU.

750 isn't enough for 2 GTX280's want to find out pull one out and play Crysis you might even find the frame rates go up, depending on screen size/resolution.
And the 7xx series boards are picky/buggy about memory spd, timings among other things almost seems as if no two like the same setup.

There is nothing to adjust in the Bios that will make the PSU stop screeching it's making the noise because it being overworked. Try running it one 1 card and see if it stops.
