Upgrading MotherBoard

I need to upgrade my motherboard from a Gigabyte GA-K8N Pro-SLI to a motherboard that accommodates DDR2 Ram. I would like something superior to my current model that is in the $100 - $150 range. Anyone have a suggestion?

My other components include; a DualCore AMD Athalon 64 X2, and a NVIDIA 7600GT.

Hi

take a look at the msi k9n sli platinum. Im using one and had no problems at all.

Ive had a look on newegg but they have none, Ill have a better look later ( on laptop atm )
