Hi,
I am not sure if this is in the right section. Please move it if its in the wrong place. Anyways, I am deciding to buy a desktop. I have decided on... (1) Compaq Pavilion AMD Athlon LE-1640 2.7GHz Computer (SR5413WM) http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0109268&catid= or... (2) Compaq Presario Intel Dual-Core E2180 2.0GHz (SR545F) - Refurbished http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0108785&catid= Both of them are of same price, ($300) the second one has lot better configuration than the first one. It has firewire card, better video card, more hard drive, its dual core. its 8-Speaker Configurable. But it has 2.0 Ghz of ntel Pentium Dual-Core E2180 processor where as the first on has AMD Athlon LE-1640 of 2.7 Ghz. But the second one is refurbished....its from futureshop so it will have the same warranty and everything as the first one. the second one has 3gb of ram (although it says 2gb on the website) and the first one has 2gb of ram. Which one I should go for? the second one will take couple of days to get delivered but thats not a big deal. thanks! Last edited by sainiabhishek; 09-18-2008 at 02:19 PM. |
