I feel like i'm missing something.

I'm building a computer for my fiance. I have a cpu, it's a core 2 duo, i also have the cooler for it. i have a hard drive, and an operating system, and monitor, This is what i'm buying.

You need a power supply. The ones that come with the case wont
cut it. You need something like this..

Your paying $54.00 for the case, and the psu, so ask yourself, how
good can this power supply be, the answer not very.

If you gt a really nice psu (750 watt or higher) by corsair or whatever other company people reccomend you'll know your comp will be fine for a graphic card upgare or anything like more hardrives and stuff like that

Dont waste your money, roll the dice on the psu that comes with the
case. Dont be suprised when the pc wont boot., or worse yet fries
your board before the psu pops. Good luck with that.
