Graphics card clearance And upgrading.
Hi, I'm going to upgrade my current PC so it can handle new games at medium/high settings, I'm thinking of going for a Nvidia 8800GT, but it seems to be a big card.
I have a micro ATX mother board (ECS GeForce6100SM-M2), and I think the card may not fit. http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/fullimage.php?image=6149 The pci-e slot seems to be too close to the On board GPU/Memory slots. The case should be big enough, I'm going to get an Xclio A380 25 and 36cm fan version. And can someone recommended a Good PSU for a reasonable price? I'm thinking of going for either: OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W Or the CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX. Thanks Last edited by TJ63; 08-15-2008 at 07:22 AM. |
