business builder

hey all, just wanted someone intelligent to look over these specs, let me know what I'm missing or need to change. Been at this for a while, trying to build a business computer that will handle many MS office 2003/07 programs running at once, a desktop mail client running all the time, media player and library, pics, music, lots of web browsing. Additionally, I want to wirelessly back up a 3-4 computers to this system. Any suggestions on whether or not to go with two mirrored hard drives (like i plan) or other suggestions much appreciated. Here are the specs:

Motherboard ASUS P5K-Pro
CPU Intel E7200
Hard Drive Samsung 320GB 7200rpm
Hard Drive Samsung 320GB 7200rpm
Monitor Acer X193WB 19" 5ms DVI
OS Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit
RAM Gingle DDR2 2GB Kit
DVD-RW Samsung 20x SATA
Video Card ASUS 256M 2400Pro
Power Supply Thermal Take Tough Power 600W
Sound Card Generic 5.1 3D
Speaker Generic 5.1 2000W
Card Reader 4 Port USB 2 PCI Card
Case Thermal Take VG6000BWS Soprano RS 100

Like I said, I don't know much, but this is what I've come up with. I will be connecting to the net wirelessly with a Linksys range expander, but eventually moving to a hardwired ethernet or USB2 port. I hope the above allows me plug n play as well. So far I can get all the above for about $1200. Am trying to stay around that mark or below if you can recommend lower-grade parts if I'm overshooting.

If you think anything in there is going to overheat, help me fix it :-) I seriously know next to nothing about this. I realise I don't have a heatsink or fan or cooler... help help help!

Thanks all!
