Im not that good in computers, tell me what is best for all of these in one.

If I had that budget, I would buy the worlds first quad core laptop:
http://laptoping.com/xtreme-917v-accelerator.html If you’re not good in computers, go with one that has been pre-built and pre-tested. Many things can go wrong with homemade custom builds.
