Need advice

Hi,

I'm building a server and i need your advice if everything fit

- Motherboard
- CPU
- Case
- Ram
- HDD
- Cooling

Welcome to tsf , I would probably get your stuff from tigerdirect.ca. The website your on won't even show the specs of the motherboard so there no way to tell if it supports that quad core. Also I think that case is too slim. Thicker ones won't cost much more. Or if your not useing a rack at all then go with a regular pc case.

The power supply in that case won't pull diddly squat. A 260 watt just is not up to the task. You need to look for something more powerful. Please tell us about the video card you intend to use.

Are you going to be mounting it to a rack along with other servers? Rack mounted cases don't have very good cooling. And if your not really mounting it to a rack you would be safer with a normal pc case. Plus it looks to thin to fit the parts.

the cooling system is not the same for rack server. But good fan the temparature is normal
