Budget Gaming Build
Hello,
I am planning on using this build for mid to high quality gaming, music, movies, media editing. I already have these parts of my PC: EVGA 650i Ultra Motherboard. GeForce 7600 GT OC. DVD-RW Drive. 120 GB SATA 7200 RPM Barracuda. My budget for the last few parts is $200. I need a processor, preferably Core 2 Duo. PSU: This is what I was thinking of. Case: This is what I was thinking of. Let me know what you think as far as my build so far. |

Re: Budget Gaming Build
the E6750 is what I have, overclocks beautifully to 3.0 (375x8) without a problem.
TT's purepower series isn't the greatest. Only the toughpower series is reccomended from TT. For a 7600 you're right borderline, but for enything higher i'd be looking for a case with a 120mm side fan and at least 120mm front and rear fans.
