Switch your chip for the e8400...runs cooler and uses less power (5 bucks more on newegg).
PSU: I would never buy that one...look for something from Seasonic, corsair, or PC Power n cooling. Memory: Get 2x2gb of DDR2 1066. |

RaidMax Power Supply = Cheap Junk. I also recommend at least a 650 watt power supply for your video card.
If you want a real power supply, then consider one of the following brands, models: Seasonic - any model Corsair - any model Thermaltake - "Toughpower" series only Coolermaster - "Real Power Pro" series only PC Power & Cooling - any model Silverstone - any model
