My First Custom Computer! Help
Well I have decided to build my first gaming computer and my limit is about $1000. I was looking through some stuff and this is what I was thinking about getting.
Case: Xoxide Alien-X Case Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce 8800 GT Video Card 512MB Power Supply: OCZ / GameXStream / 700-watt Mother Board: Asus M2N-SLI Motherboard CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Processor 3.0GHz OEM Ram: 2GB DDR2 PC6400 800MHz Memory Hard Drive: Western Digital WD2500BEVE Scorpio 250GB Mobile Hard drive CD/DVD Drive: AOpen COM5232PA DVD-ROM Combo Drive - 52x32x CD-R/RW, 16x DVD-ROM soo tell me what you guys think. What should I change? suggestions? Anything will help. THank you |

Ok first thing I noticed is you've got a "mobile hard drive" listed. You should get a Caviar (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136109); it's bigger, faster, cheaper, and is SATA.
