help me pick out parts for my build!!!

Budget: 700-800 bucks

Brands: doesnt matter, as long as they are reliable

Multitasking: maybe some decoding but mostly gaming

Gaming: yes, mostly gaming, wanna run crisis on high at 1280x1024

Overclocking: maybe a little bit in the future if i have too.

Storage: 200gb is fine

Operating System: i already have a vista cd

Case: preferably a case that comes with a nice psu, maybe even a barebone.

Accessories: have them

Recycled Components: monitor, mouse, keyboard, 1 hard drive, 1 media card reader and optical drive

Stores: either newegg or tigerdirect, but open to new ones.

Location: united states

Any help is welcome, this is my first pc build!

also im stuck between a Q6600 and a E8400, the Q seems more future proof but the E is better for overclocks so idk!
