Can't even get fans to go...
Trying to build a server to learn SMB Server 03 and haven't gotten far.
We plugged in the CPU, PSU, and switch to the MOBO. Hit the switch and it makes a quick whine noise like its trying to start but the never does. We hit the switch a few more times and the quick noise doesnt come back. It only comes back if we turn the PSU off then on and try again.
