Please Help With Budget System

Hello!

I am planning to build my first ever PC & it seems the stars have aligned tonight with deals on nearly all the parts I've been looking at. I would love it if you guys/gals could take a look at what I've put together & let me know if there will be any problems.

Some info: I'm looking at this to be a budget gaming system, keep the price at or below $700 before OS, & minimize rebates. I intend to do some light CPU over-clocking at some point (maybe try taking the CPU up to 400 fsb to match the RAM).

Case = Rosewill R604-P

CPU = Intel E6550

Graphics = MSI 9600GT 512 OC

HD = Seagate 250GB SATA 16MB Cache

PSU = OCZ StealthXStream 600W

Mobo = Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128059

Cooler = Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186134

RAM = G.Skill DDR2 800 2GB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231098

Optical = Samsung DVDr 20x
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827151155

Extras = 120mm fan for front of the case

What do you think?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! However, I can't afford either of those in my budget. I literally only have $700 cash, so big rebates do me no good as I can't afford the up front.
