EEK! Another newbie first time upgrade

Compatibility of these of parts below?
Does the motherboard actual size make a difference or will it still fasten in?

I am using existing hard drives I have
2 western digitals 80 and 250 gig
I already ordered a new 500 watt PS
I already been using a full size case
I prefer newegg,tiger or zipzoomfly but will use others on occasion
