One comment. I know you have already purchased, but your Raidmax power supply is not a great supply. I think over time, you will not be happy that you went that direction. Other components from my perspective look fine.

It will all work, but you'll need Vista x64 for the 4GB of RAM.

i thought 32bit supported 4gb, but if you wanted to expand more, you'd need the 64 bit version... i really dont want the 64 bit it being unstable with its drivers and all..
