Building Rig for Client

Need help / support ideas.

Basically her budget 2500$. She is a gamer, prefers Nvidia, does video work, and wants vista ultimate -shrug- :P Don't argue with the client. So my thoughts are as followed:

Thermaltake VG4000SNA Xaser VI ATX Full-Tower Case
Sony DRU190A 20X DVD Rewritable Drive - 20x DVD±R, 8 DVD+RW, 6x DVD-R, 8x DVD±R DL
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB Hard Drive
PC Power & Cooling / Silencer / 750-Watt / Quad PCI-Express / SATA-Ready / Red Power Supply
EVGA GeForce 8800 GT Video Card - 512MB DDR3, PCI Express 2.0, SLI Ready, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, Video Card(x3)
Ultra / ChillTec / Socket 939/775/AM2 / Thermal Electric CPU Cooler
OCZ SLI-Ready Dual Channel 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz(x2)
EVGA nForce 780i SLI Motherboard CPU Bundle - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 Processor 2.66GHz OEM

No OS yet. As has been asking me 'why' I would recommend XP Pro over Vista. So that is un-decided. So :) up to you which OS.
