building pc
i got a GeForce6100SM-M2 motherboard AMD LE-1150 cpu crucial memory chips 1gb each unbuff 128Mx64 ddr2pc2 5300 ide western digital hd and samsung dvd rw put it together came on but monitor will not turn on or cd or hard drive i try switching memory even replace motherboard still nothing can anybody help me any chance it could be the cpu.

Please list power supply make and wattage.
Could it be the CPU, well yes it could, but unlikely at this point. Do you get a post beep? What video card are you trying to use? Do you have the power lead hooked up to the video card?
