Guess I would have gone with antec or thermaltake for the psu. And seagate for the hard drives. But other then that all the parts look compatible. You didn't post a cpu heatsink , I would suggest a zalman cooler.

Have you considered the E8400 CPU? It has a 6mb cache, 45nm, runs cooler and overclocks to 4ghz with ease.

I just built a system with it and I'm very pleased with its performance.

Newegg has it for $230 but you can get it from Mwave for $211
